SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping for the entire order. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these charges, feel free to email us.

Credit / Debit Card Authorizations

An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds.

Risk of Loss

For all shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from MaskMakerWI.com to Customer upon receipt by Customer. MaskMakerWI.com retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Every product you buy from MaskMakerWI.com is backed first by our warranty. MaskMakerWI.com provides a 30 day limited guarantee for either exchange or refund of merchandise.

Sorry, but our Face Masks do not qualify for returns. Returning a used Face Mask is like returning used underwear. Yuck. If your Face Mask is damaged in any way, or simply does not fit, contact customer service with your explanation of the problem and we will ship you a new Face Mask or refund your money. MaskMakerWI.com will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product.

Thanks for ordering from Mask Maker WI.

For All Masks:

  1. Wire nose piece is the top of the mask. Adjust to fit snugly around the bridge of your nose.

  2. Pull on the elastic to gather up the casing to eliminate side sagging.

  3. Adjust knot in the elastic for a comfortable, custom fit. Mask should be snug, but not uncomfortable. Then slide the knot into the casing to hide it.

For Pleated Masks:

  1. Expand the pleats to open up mask to fit under chin.

  2. Optional filter pocket seam is meant to be worn toward your face, and will be opened for you if you ordered a filter from Mask Maker WI. Otherwise, you can open it using a seam ripper and insert your own filter.
